Information we collect and why

This website no longer has an email form and does not accept applications or giveaway entries. The former interest-list form has been disabled. If you subscribed before it closed, the stored information may include your email address, signup timestamp, internal record identifier and consent and adult/U.S.-residency confirmation version. Earlier subscriptions are not used to select gift recipients. No new marketing use will be introduced without an appropriate legal basis. We do not collect payment details, identification documents or dates of birth through this website.

Hosting providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and request logs to deliver and protect the website. Security and essential operations rely on our legitimate interest in maintaining a secure service. The application does not store your IP address in the signup table.

Providers, sharing and international processing

The site uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare hosting and database infrastructure. Authorized personnel and service providers process information to operate the site. Processing may take place in Italy, the United States and other locations used by these providers, under applicable contractual and data-protection requirements. Contact us for information about applicable transfer safeguards. We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights.

We do not sell personal information, share the list with sponsors for their own marketing, or use it for targeted advertising. A future U.S. company is not the current controller. Any change of controller or purpose will be explained before it is implemented, with new consent where required.

Cookies and tracking

We have not added advertising pixels, behavioral analytics or cross-site tracking to this site. Infrastructure providers may use essential security or delivery technologies. Our application does not change its behavior in response to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals because it does not sell data or perform cross-context behavioral advertising. External links, including Instagram, lead to services with their own privacy practices.

Your choices and rights

To unsubscribe, request deletion, correct your email or ask for a copy of your information, email info@impatto.srl from the address you registered. You can also use this contact to exercise applicable access, portability, restriction or objection rights. We may ask for proportionate verification before disclosing or changing records. We do not charge for unsubscribing. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

We will honor email opt-outs within 10 business days and handle other requests within the deadlines required by applicable law. You may contact the Italian data-protection authority, Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, or another competent authority. If a request is declined, reply to ask for a review.

Retention and protection

The interest-list test has ended. Any previously collected records are retained only as needed to handle closure and privacy requests; they are not a participant list. When you unsubscribe or request deletion, we remove data no longer needed and may retain limited consent, opt-out or legal records where necessary. Providers may retain backups and security logs according to their policies and applicable requirements. Access to the list is restricted; the website has no public subscriber directory or email-lookup endpoint. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Adults only

The previous interest list was restricted to adult U.S. residents. This presentation website has no country-specific entry process and does not offer a worldwide giveaway. We do not knowingly collect children’s information. Contact us if a minor previously submitted an email so we can remove it.

Updates

Changes will be posted here with a revised effective date. We will provide additional notice of material changes where required. New uses of the list will not be introduced silently.
